The fights the arguments and the midnight calls. the marathon movies sessions. Meeting every Sunday. I have lost the count of years we have been together.

Without you guys with me i would be a shell of a man that i am.

thanks for being with me. you may be out of sight but never out of mind.

work

Its easier to work your self. Then to get work done from others. Its tough being a Boss. as have to take into consideration the needs of yous employees along with the needs of the organizations.

when the individual ends and the organization begins is a difficult judgenment to make.

Different employees have different points where they end and their work begins.

Different employees take the different attitude of work. Some take ownership of what they do. Some give up early and leave the task unfinished. they are the ones who are a liability to the setup.

the ones who take complete ownership of what they do. and finish the job to the best of their abilities. Go home proud of what they have done during the day. They are the ones who will grow tremendously and quickly in a rewarding setup.

It is the job of the boss to make sure that his employees are rewarded adequately for their efforts.
