Today I celebrate the half yearly anniversary of my joining my current organisation. It has been an interesting journey. Full of excitement and boredome in equal measures.
What am I looking back at? What have i Accomplished?
The one thing that i can take form what me stint is that politics plays a very important role in the functioning of any organisation.
Leading a team is the greatest challange one can face as one always has to evaluate his subordinates. and put the best foot forword.
The learning is the thing that i can take away from my current position.
